Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to purchases from Supreme Blessedness Boutique Limited online, by phone and in the boutique. Section A covers consumers; Section B covers trade (wholesale) customers. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them.

About us

Section A — Consumers

1. Orders and contract

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be verified; any payment taken is refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout and on our shipping page. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe; we accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gold jewellery prices reflect the gold market and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you order.

3. Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, garment measurements, gold fineness and weight, and watch specifications. Photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly on different screens. Gold weights are stated to the nearest 0.1g and may vary by up to 3% between individual pieces of the same design.

4. Delivery

Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address or collection from the boutique; ownership passes when we receive full payment. If nobody is available to sign for an insured parcel, the courier will leave a card and hold it for collection.

5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

For online and phone orders you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and return them within a further 14 days. This right does not apply to made-to-order, personalised, resized or engraved items, or to pierced earrings once the hygiene seal is broken. To cancel, email or message us with your order reference. We refund the price paid and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of posting), by the original payment method. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty; we recommend insured, tracked services for jewellery and watches, and we may reduce a refund if goods are returned worn, damaged or without tags.

6. Our 14-day returns policy

In addition to the statutory right above, and for purchases made in the boutique, we accept returns of unworn items with tags and packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the same exclusions. Full details are on the shipping & returns page.

7. Faulty goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on when the fault is reported. Contact us with photographs as soon as possible and we will arrange collection at our cost.

8. Gold jewellery

All items sold as gold are solid 9ct (375) or 18ct (750) gold. Items over 1 gram carry a UK assay office hallmark in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973. Valuations we provide are for insurance purposes and are not offers to purchase.

9. Watches and warranty

Watches are covered by our boutique warranty against movement faults and manufacturing defects for two years from purchase, in addition to any manufacturer warranty and your statutory rights. The warranty excludes water damage from use beyond the stated rating, impact damage, unauthorised repairs, and normal wear to straps, crystals and finishes. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

10. Occasion wear event register

When you tell us the event an occasion piece is for, we record the date and venue and will not knowingly sell the same style to another customer for that event. This is a courtesy, not a guarantee, and does not cover purchases made elsewhere.

11. Reservations and deposits

We hold items for 48 hours without payment, or up to 14 days on occasion gowns against a 20% deposit. Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 7 days; after that they may be retained if the item is not purchased.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Section B — Trade customers

13. Trade accounts

Wholesale purchases are available only to approved trade accounts. We may request registration details, a trading address and evidence of where goods will be sold, and may decline or close an account at our discretion. Consumer cancellation rights in Section A do not apply to trade orders.

14. Trade pricing and minimums

Trade prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are set out in the line sheets current at the time of order and confirmed on our order acknowledgement. Gold is priced against the daily fix on the day of order confirmation. First orders start at £750 excluding VAT.

15. Payment terms

First orders are paid pro-forma before dispatch. Net 30 terms may be offered after three completed orders, subject to a credit check. Overdue invoices accrue interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

16. Delivery, inspection and returns

Trade orders are dispatched insured and tracked; risk passes on delivery. Shortages or damage must be reported within 3 working days of delivery with photographs. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited. Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without prior written agreement, and may be subject to a restocking charge.

17. Resale and brand use

Partners may sell our products through their own physical and online stores. Listing below our recommended retail price, selling through third-party marketplaces without written consent, or altering our branding, packaging or product names is not permitted. Product photography we supply may be used only for the sale of our products.

18. Exclusivity

Any territorial exclusivity is only effective if set out in writing, is conditional on the agreed seasonal commitment, and may be withdrawn if that commitment is not met.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in their home country within the UK. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
