Are your designer pieces genuine?

Yes. Everything in this category is bought new through authorised channels and we keep the receipts. Each piece is checked against the brand's construction, serials and packaging before it is listed, and we will show you the paperwork on request.

Do you sell pre-owned designer items?

No. We only sell new pieces. If you are looking for a discontinued or vintage style we can point you towards reputable specialists, but we do not resell used goods.

Can you source a specific piece for me?

Often, yes. Tell us the brand, the style and your budget and we will confirm within one working day whether we can source it, at what price and how long it will take. A deposit secures the order once you approve the quote.

What is the returns policy on designer pieces?

Unworn pieces with tags, packaging and paperwork intact can be returned within 14 days. Special orders sourced to your request are non-refundable once the deposit is paid, which we make clear before you commit.

Our branded and designer edit brings together pieces from established houses and premium brands, bought new through authorised channels, with receipts kept and every item checked before it goes on sale.

The range changes with what we can source honestly: handbags, belts, trainers, eyewear and a small amount of ready-to-wear, priced clearly and without the guesswork of the resale market.

We buy new and keep the paperwork. Each piece is checked against the brand's own construction — stitching, hardware, serials, packaging — and anything we cannot stand behind does not go on the shelf. If you ask where a piece came from, we will tell you.
