How do I pay online?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never stored on our servers.

Can I reserve an item and pay in store?

Yes. Call or message us with the product name and size and we will hold it for 48 hours. Occasion gowns can be reserved for up to 14 days with a deposit.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order is packed in our signature chocolate box with cream ribbon at no extra cost. Add a gift message at checkout and we will handwrite a card and leave the prices off the invoice.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An email confirmation is sent as soon as payment is complete, followed by a dispatch email with tracking. If you do not see them, check your junk folder or contact us with your order reference.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 (2–4 working days) and free on orders over £150. Express next-working-day delivery is £9.95 for orders placed before 1pm. Jewellery and watches are sent on insured, signed-for services.

Can I collect from the boutique?

Yes — choose collection at checkout and we will email you when the order is ready, usually the same or next working day. Bring your confirmation email and a form of ID.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not through the website at present. For orders to Ireland or the EU, contact us and we will quote for insured shipping, including any duties.

What is your returns policy?

You may return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. Pierced earrings, altered or personalised items, and made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty.

How do I return an item?

Email or message us with your order reference to receive a returns label. Jewellery and watches must be returned on a tracked, insured service; garments can use standard tracked post. You can also return in person at the boutique.

What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

How do I know which size to order?

Every garment page lists actual garment measurements alongside the label size. Compare them with a piece you already own, or send us your measurements and we will recommend a size.

Is the gold real and hallmarked?

Yes. All gold sold in our gold jewellery category is solid 9ct or 18ct gold, hallmarked by a UK assay office where legally required, and listed with its gram weight.

Do watches come with a warranty?

Every watch carries our two-year boutique warranty on movement faults, in addition to any manufacturer warranty. Bracelet sizing and quartz battery changes are complimentary for the life of the watch.

Who can open a trade account?

Registered businesses in retail, event styling, bridal and hospitality. We ask for your company details, registration number and a short description of where the products will be sold.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Apparel typically starts at 8–12 units per style in a size run; jewellery is sold by the gram from 50g per design family; watches from 6 units per family. Exact minimums are on each category page and on the line sheets.
